Clifton School and Nursery
Pupils at Clifton School and Nursery put on their own art exhibition to help raise money for their chosen charity this academic year, Lollipop.
The charity exhibition showcased artwork from all the pupils at Clifton with each of the year group’s artwork inspired by their learning themes for this term.
Parents were invited to purchase their child’s artwork for a small donation to go to the York based charity Lollipop, which provides support to children with hearing loss and their families.
Anna Beadle, Reception teacher, said: “The children were all really enthusiastic to create and sell their artwork for this amazing cause. We have raised a fantastic sum for Lollipop which will help so many families in and around York.”
