This year The Rise turns 100. The photo below shows the house as it was in 1918 with Clifton Rise and it's turret (to the left) and Brantwood (to the right).

Taken from inside the School grounds, the building can be seen in colour as it is today. Currently a girls boarding house with 30 girls.

We hope you will join our current and former pupils, staff and parents of The Rise for tours, reminiscences, displays on the history of the Rise, and afternoon drinks and canapes on the lawn. And of course, no party is complete without birthday cake!
