Old Peterite Antony Dunn (Manor, 1991) is about to have a new collection of poems published this October.

Take This One to Bed
is Antony’s fourth book of poetry to be published, following Pilots & Navigators, Flying Fish and Bugs. Take This One to Bed will be published by Valley Press, with whom Antony had previously worked on Ex Libris, a posthumous book of poetry by former St Peter’s English teacher David Hughes.

There are two launch events for Antony’s new book – one at Yorkshire Dance in Leeds on Friday 11 November and one at Friargate Theatre in York on Friday 18 November, both beginning at 7:30. Both events are free, and everyone is welcome to come along for a few drinks, a chat and a reading of a few poems.

Antony is also Artistic Director of Bridlington Poetry Festival, which this year runs from 10-18 October and features Penny Boxall, another Old Peterite and recent winner of the prestigious Edwin Morgan Poetry Award.
