In response to the global coronavirus outbreak, St Peter’s School, York has implemented a strict visitor policy to safeguard the health and wellbeing of the whole school community. Following instructions from the government, the school site will be closed to pupils (apart from children of key workers) from the end of the day on Friday 20 March with no indication given of when that situation will change. The St Peter’s Science Department will be sharing some their favourite ‘quite interesting’ facts from the world of science in their ever-popular Christmas lecture. Be prepared for whizzes, flash-bangs and the occasional klaxon.
