Boys from schools from across the region came together to compete in the IN2 Hockey U11 Tournament at St Olave’s School.
With a place in the national stages of the competition at stake, an afternoon of impressive skill and teamwork culminated in a win for Cundall Manor, with Ashville coming in second and the hosts, St Olave’s, finishing third.
The other teams to compete were the Minster School, Queen Ethelburga’s and Scarborough College.
