Fairtrade Fortnight

St Peter's 13-18

Fairtrade Fortnight

Fairtrade Fortnight Chilli Chicken

As part of Fairtrade Fortnight, our catering team at St Peter's 13-18 served up a delicious South American Fairtrade lunch today.

They used Fairtrade ingredients in all the dishes and served up dishes such as chocolate & chilli baked chicken, sticky spiced coffee chicken wings and, from Brazil, Pele’s favourite dish- Xim/Xim- butternut squash, coconut & tomato stew.

St Peter’s School has just signed up to be a Fairtrade School and we will be  starting to use more Fairtrade ingredients in school, as well as learning about what Fairtrade means.
