The Quantum Universe

Our Public Lecture series continues on Tuesday 9 June as we welcome Professor Jeff Forshaw.

The talk begins at 7pm and will see Professor Forshaw examine quantum physics. Underpinning most of modern physics; quantum physics describes a very strange and counter-intuitive world, where tiny particles act as if they are in several places at the same time. He will present the crazy rules that control the behaviour of a quantum particle and show how they impact upon questions about the world around us.
