The Old Peterite Club recognise the challenges you have all faced in recent months, and want to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your ability to adapt and embrace the situation we have all found ourselves in.

In association with the Archives Department, we are delighted to announce the launch of The Old Peterite Club - Archives Competition. This competition has been created to capture and record your experiences now, so they can be shared amongst the School Community in years to come.

All pupils from Clifton, St Olave's and St Peter's are invited to take part in The Old Peterite Club - Archives Competition, which will run from Friday 5 June until the closing date Monday 22 June 2020.

Pupils can choose one of two ways to enter:

  • Writing (poem or short non-fiction piece 500 words max.)
  • Drawing/Painting (no photographs)

Your entry must reflect and capture how the lock down has changed your ‘normal’ school routine. You can only submit one entry. Pieces must have been created on or after Friday 20 March 2020.

Closing date 22 June.

All entries will form part of the School Archives to record pupil experiences throughout lock down since the closure of the School.

Winning entries will be displayed on social media, on the School Archives web pages, and in the monkey cage for the start of the academic year.  A winner and runner-up prize will be awarded for each category, at each School, kindly funded by The Old Peterite Club.
