For theatre and dance productions, to lectures or conferences or formal dinners, Memorial Hall is our prestige space for hire.
Memorial Hall's private foyer, accessed through the historic oak double doors of St Peter's horseshoe, provides a perfect space for pre- and post-event receptions.
Up to 450 can be seated in Memorial Hall when it used as a theatre, in which case guests will enjoy a perfect view, from the retractable, tiered seating the venue boasts. Alternatively, 150 guests can be seated for dinner, or the venue can be hired for a reception or finger buffet for up to 250 people. A full range of canape, buffet and dining menus are available, and we are always happy to discuss these options with you.
Memorial Hall has a fully equipped stage, with wings, flies, powerful Hitachi 8.5k lumens back projection, a large electric roll-down projection screen, lighting rigs and a high-quality sound system.
