Year 2 have been reading Alice in Wonderland this term, as part of their thematic learning. Today, they took part in a drama workshop based on the text, involving warm ups, shouting 'off with his head!' and acting out the different stages of the story in groups.
The workshop was run by Ms Veasey, from the St Peter's Drama Department and Sixth Form drama pupils, who each ran a group.
The children had a wonderful time and showed how much they are engaging with the story. Thank you so much to Ms Veasey for all her planning and to the drama pupils, who were fantastic. Year 2 LOVE drama!
