Peterite Day - 5th September 2026
Peterite Day is a celebration for the entire School community, bringing together Old Peterites, current pupils, parents, former parents, staff, and friends of the School for a shared day of activity, sport, and connection.
At the heart of the day is a vibrant programme of sporting fixtures. Highlights include the OPs vs St Peter’s boat race, OP tennis matches, and pre-season U16 rugby, alongside the ever-popular Retiring Captains’ fixtures in hockey, rugby, and netball. These matches showcase both past and present talent, creating a fantastic and inclusive atmosphere for players and spectators alike.
Alongside the sporting programme, there is plenty for everyone to enjoy. Guests can attend the Chapel service or visit the art exhibition at Whitestone Gallery. Our fantastic Catering Team will be offering a wide selection of food and drinks available to purchase, and an ice cream van will also be on site.
Whether reconnecting with old friends or enjoying the day with family, Peterite Day promises something for all ages across the whole School community.

Event Bookings
Booking and payment for our programme of events and reunions can be done in one of the following ways:
- By Cheque: Made payable to St Peter’s School, posted for the Development and Alumni Office, and including a note of the events you wish to attend
- By Phone: We can take card payments and booking details by telephone
- Online: Clicking on the event link provided will take you straight to an online booking system, where you can pay online. (Please note there is a small fee payable for using this service)

Organising Events and Reunions
Thank you to those of you who have volunteered your time to organise dinners and reunions. If you would like to speak with us about organising a reunion for your leaving year, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
We can help with sending letters and emails to your year or class groups and advertise your reunion on the School website and OP Facebook page. We can also assist in helping with bookings and arrangements for any part of your reunion that will take place at the School, whether you’re interested in a tour, a reception, or coming along to watch some of our fixtures.
If you would like to visit the School as part of your event, it is very important that we plan in advance to fit it in with the School calendar. Please do email [email protected] if you would like to find out more.
We will continue to arrange reunion events for specific groups throughout the year, and we would be delighted to see as many OPs as possible return to the School for OP Day.
