The school council at St Peter's 2-8 led an assembly last week, showing an amazing short film ‘Wonderful World’ from the BBC, narrated by Sir David Attenborough. Each member of the school council then explained how each one of us can play our part to help in this mission. The School Council explained how and where we can recycle most items that often end up in the waste bins. They then showed a film they created on the topic of the environment and how we can all help.
Later that day the children met with Mr Robinson, our Catering Manager to discuss improvements planned for the dining room and ways we can improve our environmental impact.
