Our J4s attended the Aesthetica Short Film Festival on Monday, where the pupils all watched two exciting reels.
As the official festival took place during half term, we watched the films in the Shepherd Hall. The reels contained 9 films in total from all over the world. The digital festival lasts until the end of the month, so J4 were still able to take part in voting for the Youth Award. The overwhelming winner on the day was a French film called Little Bear, about a teenage girl who sleepwalks. The pupils are now writing reviews on their favourite films.
