Strength and Conditioning is an integral part of improving sports performance and helping in the prevention of injuries.

St Peter’s School benefits from having a full time Strength and Conditioning Coach: Mr Lee Paterson.

Mr Paterson is an ex professional rugby league player who has played for Widnes and in Australia and France.

Mr Paterson is available to our high level performers to provide individual training programmes and advice on nutrition. When combined with our brand new weight training and cardio-vascular facility, it provides pupils with the best opportunities to succeed at a high level.
